A therapy transcript needs to be reviewed in context. nexmin separates turns by speaker, adds time references and lets you correct the text before using it as a reference.
what makes a transcript clinical.
speakers and time references The transcript groups speech by speaker and shows timestamps to help locate parts of the audio. Initial speaker assignment can be wrong, so review it before using the text.
audio events in context The transcript may include detected events such as laughter or crying. These describe the audio; they do not explain what an event means. Then, voice analysis lets you review acoustic signals alongside the content.
session language nexmin can transcribe sessions in several languages, including Catalan, and keeps expressions in their original language. Check the result, especially when speakers switch languages or talk over one another.
review and correct the transcript You can correct the text saved in the session. The transcript is a draft generated from audio; professional review lets you correct its content.

Before recording or uploading a session, check that you have the legal basis and consent required for your professional context. nexmin’s consent tool does not replace that responsibility. Once reviewed, the text can support other features, including process variables with timestamps, voice analysis and process reading between sessions. Each result needs your review.

What should I check before recording a session?

What if the transcript contains errors?
You edit it by hand and your correction prevails. Real consultations include errors — quiet speech and overlap — so the transcript is an editable draft, not a finished fact.
Does it work in Catalan?
Yes. It detects Catalan and transcribes it literally, without translating it. The analysis comes out in your language with quotes kept in the original.
How much does transcription cost?
It is included in the plan: €49/month + VAT includes 30 hours of analysis per month, and only transcribed audio uses the allowance. Additional minutes cost €0.03 plus VAT once the allowance and available packs are used up.
