One plan includes the whole practice. AI comes with a generous hour allowance, and anything beyond it is charged at a fixed extra rate — cents, not tiers.

the allowance
The allowance is used when session audio is transcribed. Pensa chat, variables on an existing analysis and text reports do not subtract minutes.
The 30 hours renew each period and do not roll over. Usage is visible in the app minute by minute.
Minutes beyond the allowance cost €0.03 — one extra hour of analysis costs €1.80.
prepaid packs
For busier periods you can buy hours in advance at a discount. They are used after the monthly allowance, last twelve months from purchase and are available only with an active plan. Prices exclude VAT.
