The subscription costs €49 per month plus VAT and includes 30 hours of AI analysis. If you exceed those hours, you can pay for additional minutes or buy a prepaid pack.

how analysis hours are counted.
what uses the allowance
Only transcribing a session’s audio uses hours, for as long as the audio lasts. Nothing else subtracts minutes: the analysis, the process variables, voice analysis, the conversation with Pensa, reports, and also analysing the session again, for example with another theoretical framework. If you transcribe a session again, its minutes count again.
monthly allowance renewal
The 30 hours renew each period and do not roll over. Usage is visible in the app minute by minute, without waiting for the invoice.
additional usage price
Once the included hours and available packs are used up, each additional minute costs €0.03 plus VAT. An additional hour costs €1.80 plus VAT.

For busier periods you can buy hours in advance at a discount. They are used after the monthly allowance, last twelve months from purchase and are available only with an active plan. Prices exclude VAT.

terms
trial, subscription and cancellation.
- The trial lasts 14 days and requires no card. The card appears only if you decide to subscribe, and the first month is charged that day.
- Cancel from the app, on your plan screen; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- The subscription is monthly; there is no annual plan.
- Prices exclude VAT.
