Every therapist on the team —whether employed or in the roster— works with the complete analysis: transcription, synthesis, process variables and voice analysis. Under their own paradigm and with their own sign-off.
One organisation, one account per professional, with distinct permissions for management and scheduling. The group’s clinical work can be shared within the team — useful for referrals, covering absences or thinking through cases together.
A shared clinic calendar if you want it, with colleagues visible when booking. Online booking works through each professional’s own link.
What applies to one applies to the team: nexmin does not diagnose or decide. Drafts are saved pending review; only the sign-off of the therapist who conducted the session makes them final.

Every centre brings its history, protocols and hard-won habits. Adaptation is real, personal and budgeted with you: the honest way to promise it.
There is no import button: this is work done with you. We review your current system, decide together what is worth keeping and put it in place properly for the whole team.
Specific privacy settings, service-level commitments and team training are possible and budgeted. We would rather charge for work done properly than give away a catalogue promise.

Per-professional data separation is built and being tested with real cases. We will not sell it until it lives up to what a clinical record promises.
There is no published clinic price — tailored work is budgeted centre by centre. The base is simple: each professional uses the €49 plan, and tailored work is added from there.
