what sets this model apart
sessions without ai don’t consume the bono.
You can create consultants, schedule sessions, run video consultations, take manual notes, manage invoicing and the consultant portal — the full workspace active — paying only €49/month without touching AI.
When you decide to analyse a session with AI (Scriba + Pensa + Cartographer + Phenotype), those minutes are subtracted from the bono. If a given month you prefer to work entirely by hand (holidays, slow month, clinical decision), you pay just the base plan. The session still exists, the history is updated, the consultant still accesses their portal — only the AI doesn’t run.
That’s real economic fairness, and the reason this model exists.
faq
frequently asked questions.
What happens if a given month I don’t want to use AI?+
You pay only the €49 base + VAT. Sessions you create but don’t analyse with AI don’t consume the bono. You can keep using the full workspace (scheduling, video consultation, invoicing, consultant portal, forms, manual notes) without touching AI.
What happens if I exceed the 30 included hours?+
Extra hours are billed at €0.03/min (= €1.80/h) at the end of the period. You’ll see a real-time projection in your cockpit and an alert when you cross 80% of the bono. No surprises.
Do unused hours carry over to next month?+
No. The monthly bono is use-it-or-lose-it: if you don’t reach 30h in a given month, the remaining hours don’t carry over. The optional prepaid packs (coming soon) do accumulate balance across months.
Why a single plan instead of multiple tiers?+
Because the real cost for nexmin scales with AI usage, not with the customer category. A single plan with bono + extras is fairer than fictional tiers: the psychologist with 6 sessions/week pays the same as the one with 12, and the one with 80 pays proportional to their usage. No confusing tier, no "premium", no "starter".
Does re-analysing count as new time?+
Yes. Every time the audio of a session is transcribed it counts as new minutes. Re-runs of engines that only work on text (Pensa chat, Cartography over previous analysis) don’t consume the bono — only what touches the audio does.
Is there a discounted annual plan?+
Not for now. The metered model is monthly (the bono resets each month). An annual plan would complicate the carryover semantics of the bono. If you want a discount for commitment, the prepaid packs (coming soon) cover that case.
Why is the extra-hour cost €1.80 and not €1?+
Because that price includes margin over the real cost (~60 cents/hour in AI infrastructure and operations: transcription + Scriba + Pensa + Cartographer + Phenotype + Stripe + support). €1.80/h gives healthy margin to invest in product improvements without having to raise the base plan. If we lower AI cost in the future, we invest that in deeper analysis or in reducing the extra.
